A free, 30-minute Meet & Greet is required for all first-time pet sitting, dog walk, or drop-in pet care clients prior to booking.

Please provide a photocopy or screenshot of your pet’s rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines prior to all Overnight Boarding and Dog Camp bookings. Because we live in Vermont, all dogs must also be up-to-date on a effective flea/tick preventative.

My daily Drop-In Visit hours are between 7:00am-7:00pm. Any visits scheduled outside of these regular hours are subject to additional charges.

Out-of-Hours Drop-In Visits (7:00pm - 7:00am)*: +$10 per visit

I love spending holidays with your pets. To help make that possible, holiday bookings are subject to additional charges.

Holiday Rate: +$10 per visit ; +$15/night

Applicable holidays (2023/2024): Presidents' Day (Feb 17-20), Easter (Mar 29-April 1), Memorial Day (May 25-27), Independence Day (July 3-7), Labor Day (Aug 31- Sept 2) Thanksgiving (Nov 23 - 26), Christmas and New Year’s Day (Dec 22 - Jan 1)

 
 
 

Addt’l Pets & Puppies

When Boarding your dog in my home, there will be an additional $25 charge/day for a second dog.

There will also be a $25 charge/day for puppies under 1 year old.

 

payment

Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be received within 48 hours of completion of service. Late payments will result in a $5/day late charge.

cancellations

 
 

Things happen! In the event of a cancellation, I ask that you give me as much notice as possible.

Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy:

All non-holiday cancellations must be received 24 hours ahead of any scheduled service date. Any cancellation 24 hours prior or less will result in a 50% cancellation fee (of total booking cost). 

Holiday Cancellation Policy:

All holiday cancellations must be received 7 days ahead of any scheduled service date. Any cancellation 7 days prior or less will result in a 50% cancellation fee (of total booking cost).
